MLC’s meeting rooms are available for staff meetings, continuing education events, and reservations by select outside agencies and groups. To view meeting room availability, you can check the Meeting Rooms Outlook Calendar. Staff may use the meeting rooms on a first come, first served basis when there are no existing appointments. Contact Jessica Parsons, Alex Brower, or Terrie Elbatnigi to reserve a meeting room.

The instructions to add the Meeting Rooms Calendar to your Outlook “My Calendars” can be found below.

 

 

Add Meeting Rooms Calendar to Outlook

    • In Outlook, click “Calendar.”
      • or
    • In the top middle toolbar of Outlook, click “Add Calendar.”
      •  
    • Select “From Internet.”
    • Copy and Paste the following ICS link into “New Internet Calendar Subscription” popup:

      https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/fa492769a4884df6b5ee99ecf04a232f@mlc.lib.ms.us/3306c13a05084fe48a2ddc9a58a074b07593061183026041465/calendar.ics

    • Select “Okay.”
  • An error will pop up saying something went wrong, but the Meeting Rooms Calendar will be under “My Calendars.”

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the Meetings Room Calendar in your Outlook to update.
