MEAL REIMBURSEMENT RATES
Mississippi state agencies follow the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines for meal expenses as published on the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration . The current Maximum Daily Reimbursement Rates are from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. The Maximum Daily Reimbursement Rate is $68/day for all areas of Mississippi. The amount allowed for meals on first and last day of travel is 75% of the max daily rate.

- If neither the city nor county is listed, the maximum state reimbursement rate is $68/day.
